To enable cookies in Firefox follow the steps below:

1 Open the Firefox Preferences by selecting Preferences from the Firefox menu. Firefox menu

3 If the Privacy button isn't already selected, click on it to show the different Privacy options.
4 One of the options is Cookies. To open the Cookies panel, click on the triangle to the left of Cookies. Privacy button

6 Next, click on the Exceptions button in the Cookies panel. Exceptions button
7 The Exceptions window opens and replaces the Preferences window. Type www.lanoie.com in the text box underneath Address of website:. As you begin typing, the Block and Allow buttons become enabled. Exceptions window
8 Click on the Allow button. Allow bytton
9 The Address of website: field clears and the Web site URL moves down to the list below. Address of website text field
10 Click the OK button. The Exceptions window will close and the Preferences window will reappear. OK button
11 Click on the OK button in the Preferences window to complete the operation. OK button
12 Close and reopen your browser, and then return to www.lanoie.com.
