Description

The New Media Marketing Diploma (NMMD) is a year-long program that links proven marketing methodologies with the innovations of new media technologies and social networking platforms to expand consumer reach through fully integrated marketing strategies.

Graduates will lead industry standards and be equipped with a wide expanse of marketing mediums, both virtual and more traditional, and be able to move easily between print media and web-based alternatives. Students will gain an understanding of a variety of multimedia design-based applications, mobile services, social networking devices, and content management systems.

The New Media Marketing Program optimizes edgy new technologies for marketing application, which range from comprehensive viral marketing campaigns to social networking tools that increase profile and raise product awareness

Location and Hours:

Classes for Information Technology are at Main Campus, 480 Ellice Avenue on the 2nd floor of Lockhart Hall (rooms 2L13A & 2L13B) and the 3rd floor of Manitoba Hall (room 3M58). Proceed to room 2L13 in Lockhart Hall to find out which room your class will be in.

The DCE Registration Office is located at 275 Portage Avenue on the 14th floor. Their phone number is (204) 982-6633.

Registration Office Hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Offices closed on Saturday of long weekends.
