Video Conferencing Locations
Not in Winnipeg? Not a problem! C/MBSC does remote video conferencing at many of their regional offices. Here is a list of some of the video conferencing locations where you can enjoy the free seminars.
Please remember that many of these free seminars have a lot of printed material. If you do not register early enough, the remote centers will not have enough handouts prepared for you to take home.
- Winkler Chamber of Commerce
- Here is a list of upcoming business seminars that will be broadcast from the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre. These sessions are free of charge to the public but they are asking that anybody interested in attending to please register with them prior to the session date. To register contact Ken Reimer at 877-472-7122.
- Steinbach Chamber of Commerce
- The Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre and the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce have teamed up and are pleased to offer Videoconferencing Seminars in Steinbach. The Steinbach Chamber hosts a variety of different seminars on various business topics. The seminars and sessions are free to attend. While some seminars are offered exclusively to Chamber Members, several seminars are open and available to everyone, especially those interested in starting up a business and increasing their base of business knowledge.
- Community Futures White Horse Plains
- Community Futures White Horse Plains is pleased to offer the following training courses in conjunction with the Canada-Manitoba Business Service Centre. Presented via video conferencing in our board room, the courses change monthly. They are offered free of charge but, due to seating limitations, pre-registration is required. - Community Futures East Interlake
- Periodically, free business seminars covering a wide variety of topics will be held at the Communtiy Futures East Interlake at 12 Main Street North in Riverton, Manitoba. Seminars are delivered by the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre via video conferencing. All sessions are free. - Community Futures Triple R
- Community Futures Triple R offers a series of business related seminars via videoconference out of our office. The seminars are constructed and held at the Canada Manitoba Business Service Center in Winnipeg. There are a wide variety of business related topics that may be helpful to you.
- Community Futures Heartland
- The video conferencing unit for the Heartland region is located in the Winkler Chamber of Commerce's Board Room. Here is a listing of upcoming business seminars that will be broadcast from the Canada/Manitoba Business Service Centre. These sessions are free of charge to the public, but we do ask that anybody interested in attending to please register with Ken Reimer (1-877-472-7122) prior to the session date. We will not be running the seminars unless we know in advance that we have an adequate number of participants committed to the seminar.
