Who Should Take This Seminar?

This seminar is geared towards new or existing small businesses that want to learn more about the online networking tools that are freely available to them. You may be starting your website from scratch, or you may already have an existing website from which you want to get more mileage. This seminar will provide an overview of many of the popular social and business networking tools, and how they can draw traffic to your website and your business.

Why Should You Take This Seminar?

Social and business networking is a huge part of the internet now. Each tool has its specific purpose and it is difficult to learn each of them all on your own. Some of them will be appropriate for your business needs, and others will not. Knowing a little bit about the tools that are available to you will give you a better understanding of which direction you should decide to go. Online networking requires focus and patience, so having knowledge and direction at the outset will save you time and frustration.

What Will You Learn?

You will learn a little about the history of online social networking as well as the varying forms in which it exists. You will be presented with an overview of many of the popular networking tools and how they may or may not suit your business needs. You will walk away with an understanding of what is available to you and which tools may be beneficial for you to examine more closely.

When Should You Apply These Concepts?

First and foremost, you should have your business website up and running, and fully functional before you even begin to consider online social and business networking. Your website and your content is the most important thing about your online presence. Once you have that under control, then you can start networking and encouraging people to visit your site.
