TRAINING TOOLS : Online Training (http://www.trainingtools.com/online/photoshop6/index.htm) (http://www.trainingtools.com/online/photoshop7/index.htm): Training Tools provides a free online Photoshop course that covers some of the topics in this course. Because the site uses frames, you'll need to use the menu on the left to select topics of interest. There are separate courses for versions 6.0 and 7.0. The Photoshop 6.0 workspace and the Photoshop 7.0 workspace are discussed in The Workspace chapter.

This colour picker requires OpenGL to function and the page provides a link to Enable OpenGL and optimize GPU settings that explains what OpenGL is and how to set it up.
